DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS: We take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged package and/or candles to process a replacement or refund. In the case of lost shipments, please notify us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
