My quest to find a clean burning wax started years ago when I noticed a dark shadow-like film on my walls and ceiling. After doing a bit of research, I discovered it was from burning candles so I set out to research the various waxes used in commercially manufactured candles. I learned that most of the well-known candle manufacturers use paraffin wax and that film on my walls - it was soot from that petroleum-based paraffin wax. So after a full year of research and another full year of testing various waxes, wax blends, wicks, burn rates, hundreds of fragrance oils, etc., I settled on coconut wax and here I am launching Bellini Candle Co.
I am excited to offer eco-friendly nontoxic coconut wax candles. If you haven't tried coconut wax yet, I truly believe that you will never go back to paraffin or soy. Say goodbye to sooty walls and say hello to a beautiful, long lasting and clean burn!
Hand-poured in small batches, my clean-burning coconut wax candles are crowned with a soothing wooden wick (sourced from FSC-certified mills) that crackles like a fireside whisper, each one burns purely and evenly. Housed in a timeless, reusable glass vessel, they elevate any space long after the flame fades.

I didn’t stop my eco-friendly mission with just candles, the mission applies to our packaging as well. Each candle will deliver to you in a reusable drawstring bag or cardboard tube (depending on the candle you’re purchasing). When you’ve finished burning your candle, the glass vessel can be reused as a decorative trinket jar or, my favorite, a beautiful planter. Lastly, our shipping boxes and packing peanuts are both biodegradable.
